Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Eruday application and service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them.
1. The service
Eruday is a knowledge game with daily editions, questions, explanations, ratings, statistics, and optional modes. The feature set may change as the product develops.
During the initial regional launch, the core game and a limited continuation are free. Purchases and rewarded advertising may be unavailable. If paid features become available, their price and terms will be shown before purchase confirmation through the relevant store.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and not transfer the account to manipulate ratings or restrictions. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Age and content
Some questions may be age-restricted. Access to adult content is determined by the server, requires adult eligibility and separate voluntary confirmation. A stricter store signal or external restriction prevails. Users may disable adult content at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass restrictions, automate unfair acquisition of ratings or rewards, attack infrastructure, extract the question database, or use Eruday in violation of law or the rights of others.
5. Content and intellectual property
Eruday’s interface, brand, explanations, collections, and software are protected by applicable law. Access does not grant a right to copy or distribute these materials. User reports and comments are used only for support and quality improvement.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity, providers, or circumstances beyond our control. Eruday is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Restriction or termination
We may restrict access in response to violations, security threats, or abuse. Users can delete an account in the app or follow the account deletion instructions.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will carry a new effective date and, when required, a notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia while preserving mandatory rights available in the user’s country of residence.
